The Retail Trainer is responsible for systematically training retail partners and in-store sales staff across the country, sharing product expertise, sales techniques, and brand philosophy.
He/she serves as the "chief trainer", responsible for enhancing sales capabilities in the field and ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards.
Le profil demandé
Education: Preferably a degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field;

Experience: Over 3 years of experience in retail, training, or sales management within the consumer electronics industry (ideally in the mobile phone sector);

Excellent communication and presentation skills: Logical, persuasive, and capable of delivering engaging public training sessions;

Strong professional knowledge: A strong interest in the smartphone industry, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and present them in a clear and accessible way;

Proficiency in training material development: Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the ability to independently create high-quality training materials;

Passion for knowledge sharing: Genuine enthusiasm for training, a collaborative mindset, and strong coaching and motivational skills.
