The Indirect Retail Area Supervisor is the frontline ambassador of the brand within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for managing and developing a network of indirect retail partners (including small shops, kiosks, and multi-brand stores) to maximize sales performance and brand visibility for smartphones and connected devices.

The supervisor will be in charge of ensuring optimal brand presence, training retail staff, implementing merchandising standards, and collecting key market insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Le profil demandé

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field ;
  • Minimum of 5 years in field sales, retail supervision, or distribution management within the mobile devices, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industry;
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and indirect sales channels;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and support retail sales teams;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities;
  • Results-driven, autonomous, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Missions :
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new indirect retail partners to strengthen market coverage.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor sell-out data, advise retailers on optimal stock levels, and coordinate orders with logistics and distribution teams.
  • Ensure correct placement and maintenance of all point-of-sale materials and product displays, following brand guidelines and planograms.
  • Secure and maintain a strong share of shelf space versus competing brands.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Communicate ongoing trade promotions and incentive programs to boost retail motivation and sell-through.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new launches to identify market opportunities.
  • Perform regular audits to assess stock levels, sales performance, and compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Submit regular activity and sales reports, highlighting achievements, market insights, and challenges.
  • Assist in the execution of local marketing and promotional campaigns at the store level.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail partners and their sales teams.
