The Indirect Retail
Area Supervisor is the frontline ambassador of the brand within the assigned
territory. This role is responsible for managing and developing a network of
indirect retail partners (including small shops, kiosks, and multi-brand
stores) to maximize sales performance and brand visibility for smartphones and
connected devices.
The supervisor will be
in charge of ensuring optimal brand presence, training retail staff, implementing
merchandising standards, and collecting key market insights to support business
growth and strategic decision-making.
Le profil demandé
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field ;
- Minimum of 5 years in field sales, retail supervision, or distribution management within the mobile devices, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industry;
- Strong understanding of retail operations and indirect sales channels;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and support retail sales teams;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities;
- Results-driven, autonomous, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
